Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how we handle return and refund requests for research-use-only materials. Because many items are sensitive and intended for controlled environments, we prioritize safety, chain-of-custody, and packaging integrity when evaluating requests.

Quick overview: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly. For safety and quality control, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products. Approved refunds or reships depend on condition, documentation, and carrier findings.
Report issues: ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep packaging: box, inserts, labels, and materials.

Eligibility for Returns

To maintain safe handling standards, return eligibility depends on whether the product remains unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We may request photos and additional details to confirm integrity before approving any return authorization.

Items Not Eligible

Typically, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened, used, altered, or tampered products;
  • items missing original packaging or labels;
  • orders affected by customer-provided address errors;
  • items returned without authorization.

These limits exist to protect product integrity and prevent unsafe re-circulation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your delivery arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing something, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and items received.

If a carrier claim is needed, we may ask you to keep all packaging materials until the investigation is complete. Resolution may be a reship, store credit, or refund depending on findings.

Return Authorization Process

If your request is eligible, we will provide return instructions and (when applicable) a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

When we receive the return, we inspect packaging condition and verify order details before final approval.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

If shipping fees were charged, they may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refused / Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender (RTS), we can often reship it after confirming address details. Reshipping costs may apply when the return was caused by incorrect address information or refusal.

If you request a refund after RTS, shipping fees (if any) may not be refunded, and the refund may be reduced if the return condition is not resalable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can review it quickly. Filing a payment dispute may slow resolution while we gather documentation.

We may be unable to offer a separate refund if a dispute is already in progress through a payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order enters fulfillment or a shipping label is created, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation is approved, any processing fees charged by providers may be deducted where lawful.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect operational changes or compliance requirements. When updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change.
